Cancelation Policy
All Booked Rides are subject to this cancelation policy
Airport Rides
Airport Rides can be canceled up to 48 Hours before scheduled Pick-up time and will receive a full refund. After that, We will charge a cancelation fee of 50% of the original fare. Exceptions can be made on a Case-By-Case basis.
All other Rides
All other Non-Airport rides can be cancelled up to 8 Hours before the scheduled Pick-up time and will receive a full refund. After that, we will charge a Cancelation fee of 50% of the original fare. Exceptions can be made on a Case-By Case basis.
Fees
Any fees associated with a reserved Ride, including Airport Access Fees and Tolls, are incorporated into the Fare by default. In exceptional circumstances, supplementary fees may be incurred by the Passenger in the event of the following scenarios:
- Lost item Fee: $25 Per Occurrence (If item needs to be mailed, Passenger is Liable for all Shipping charges)
- Excessive Trash Left Behind: $20 Per Occurrence
- Vomit or Bodily Fluids: Cost to Professionally clean + $100 Per Day for Lost Wages while vehicle is out of service
- Damage done to the Vehicle: Cost of repair in Full + $100 Per Day for Lost wages while vehicle is out of service

At Charlos Transportation, we are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and exceptional experiences to all our clients. In return, we request that you treat our drivers with the utmost respect at all times. We uphold a ZERO Tolerance policy regarding harassment. Should a driver feel uncomfortable or threatened by a passenger at any point, we reserve the right to terminate the ride, and the passenger will be permanently blacklisted from future bookings with us. Additionally, you will forfeit the entire fare, with no exceptions. We also request that all passengers refrain from discussing religious or political topics during the ride, as we recognize that individuals hold diverse opinions on these matters and believe it is inappropriate to engage in such discussions while traveling.
By Booking a ride with us, You agree to these terms and conditions, as well as agree to any fees that may be incurred while riding with us, as outline in the Fees section.
